Innisfil Community Health Centre by Lett Architects

The Town of Innisfil finally has their long awaited Community Health Centre located at 7325 Yonge Street. The building had a soft opening on May 13, 2019 as construction continued into early 2020. The 44,500 SF Rizzardo Health And Wellness Centre is a state of the art, multi-disciplinary facility providing essential health-care services to the community.

I had the opportunity to visit the site in late February and take some photos of the large porcelain slabs and ceramic tile finishes that I provided consulation and specification services to Lett Architects in the design process of the project. The main entrance has a spectacular facade of Coverlam Silk Beige Natural, 1200 X 3600 X 5.6mm which was carried into the interior staircase well of the building. Marvel Gems Black Matte 600 X 600mm porcelain tile, by Atlas Concorde was used in the entrance vestibules, washrooms and community kitchen. Equipe Evolution 5 X 40cm White wall tile was also used in washrooms.
